The Regata Club online store guarantees the return and / or replacement of goods within 14 days * from the date of purchase * (according to Article 18 of the Consumer Rights Protection Act), provided that the goods have not been used.

How and where to get a return / exchange of goods?

You can return the product or send it to the Regata Club store for the purpose of replacement, attaching the completed return / replacement form to the courier delivery service New mail. That is the same place where you got it. Delivery of goods to be returned or exchanged is paid by the store.
